We’re looking for a motivated, eager, and committed Assistant Studio Manager to join our Culver City team and inspire our guests to feel lighter and brighter! You are experienced in managing front of house operations for high-volume retail service businesses, technically proficient and acutely aware of your surroundings.

Demonstrate and embody The Feels, our core values
Foster meaningful, positive relationships with your team and guests
Oversee our Host Team, which includes recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training
Retain a best-in-class Host team by prioritizing a healthy culture and performance management
Ensure studio cleanliness is maintained to Brightside's standards
Manage studio inventory, including retail & apparel items
Support the Studio Team (General Manager, Lead Instructor, Guest Experience) on studio initiatives, special events, etc
3-5 years in retail, preferably high-volume membership-based fitness, wellness, hospitality or service-related experience
Previously hired & managed a team of 5+ direct reports
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
Proven track record in creating a 5-star guest experience
Are a go-getter with a can-do attitude and plenty of positivity to spare!
Have a no task is too small attitude
Experience with Mariana Tek & Zendesk preferred
