Foster meaningful, positive relationships with your team and guests
Manage day-to-day studio operations, including overseeing the Host and Instructor teams
Recruit, interview, onboard, coach, and retain a best-in-class team
Execute a variety of local marketing tactics, including: on-site events, retail, community, & corporate partnerships
Ensure studio is maintained to Brightside's standards
Oversee Host & Instructor scheduling as well as optimization of class schedule & Classpass/other third party integrations
Manage studio inventory, including retail & apparel items
Maintain staff performance management & feedback processes
Partner with the Guest Services team to ensure all guests have a 5-star experience
Understand and optimize the studio's P&L to achieve profitability objectives
Teach and step in for last minute classes and familiar with all class styles and offerings preferred
5-10 years in retail, preferably a fast-paced, high-volume membership-based fitness, wellness, hospitality or service-related experience
Previously hired & managed a team of 15+ direct reports, who excel & rave about you as a leader
Proven track record in creating a 5-star guest experience
Proficient in schedule optimization
Experience with Mariana Tek preferred
Licensed yoga instructor and interested in teaching is preferred
Flexible schedule to work busy evenings, ideally Monday through Wednesday evenings and at least one weekend day per week
